How long does it take from ordering the system to the implementation?

As a rule it takes from a couple of days up to 3 weeks in maximum. The lead time depends on your company size, your cooperation and wether you need interfaces to third-party systems.

What kind of hardware is required?

For the first steps your mobile and laptop / PC are sufficient enough. In addition, you also need a label printer, which we provide you. Later on it is up to you to purchase more dedicated hardware (e.g. rugged tablet or long range scanners).

Where can I purchase the hardware?

Since we have to guarantee system compatibility and full functionality you have to source the hardware with us.

How does the support work?

We provide with each licence email support (live chat) free of charge. A support issue is usually solved within 60 to 90 minutes. Show stoppers (blockers) are processed as a priority; support for implemented interfaces is subject to a fee and will be billed monthly.

How safe is my data?

Your data is encrypted and stored on the server by our hosting service provider. ISO 27001 certification is required when selecting service providers. Encrypted backups are created daily from each system. If necessary, you can download the data from the system (Excel, CSV, Json).

Is there any test version available?

No, we do not offer test systems, but we would be more than happy to define with you a pilot installation at moderate costs.
